WORK PARTY REQUEST SATURDAY AUGUST 22 to install the new ARBORETUM RECREATION SIDE TRAIL

 Location: New trail from Victoria Rd bridge to Arboretum

                  West side of Victoria, just south of Victoria Rd Bridge.

                  Follow signs to new trail, 300metres long.

Work required:

 2) Install steps up out of the “borrow pit” to the  Arboretum Side Trail Connection point.

People required:

We will require a maximum of 6 people per 2 hour work shift.

9.00-11.00 Bring work gloves,water etc. All other tools on site.

 We will be following Covid protocols.

 1) We will share a COVID self-assessment protocol and assumption of risk statement with anyone who plans on coming,

 2) You will keep physically distanced or wear a mask when that’s not possible,

 3) We will keep a list of participants (in case contact tracing is required).

 4) You will Sign a work party waiver.

 Pre Saturday work

1.   Put up temporary side trail notices and blaze the trail

2.   Stage materials for steps .

3.   Chainsaw work Tuesday August 18.
