The City of Guelph has closed the trail from Barber Scout Camp parking lot to the trail entrance at Carter Road for road construction along the Aqueduct. Reopening date not yet known.
Signs are posted at Scout camp parking lot and at Cooks Mill Rd & Watson, indicating that thru-hikers should use the temporary re-route along Stone Rd and Watson Rd. Note the purple reroute along road is NOT blazed.
