GHTC membership year starts Sept 1. You may however renew anytime starting mid August.
If you haven't renewed by Sept 30, your membership will lapse and you will no longer have access to member privileges such as store discounts and free online/printable maps. You will also stop receiving our newsletter and club emails (unless
you register for an event).
There are two ways you can renew your membership:
Click on "Renew your Membership" in the membership renewal emailed to you in August OR Log in and access your member profile by clicking on your name in upper left corner.
Sometime in August you will receive a renewal reminder email similar to one below. Click on the "Renew your membership" link and that will take you to the log on web page. If you have forgotten your password or are requested to change it see instructions further below.

We know, renewing was on your to-do list, but life is busy and we all get distracted… No worries, we love having you as an official member of the club, so don’t put it off any longer! Please renew today and you’ll be able to continue to enjoy the benefits of membership.
To renew, click the link below to access your personal profile screen. Then scroll down, and follow the link to renew. Note that the club offers both annual and 5-year (discounted) memberships. You can change your membership type by clicking "change" under the Membership Level field on your personal profile when you renew this year.

Alternatively once you log on, click your name at top left of screen and continue with the following instructions.
Once you have your "profile" info displayed, follow instructions below. If you want to change your subscription period, click "change" beside "Membership Level" then click "Renew to Sep 1 xxxx" button.
If you are satisfied with your renewal selection click on "Update and next".
You are now ready to complete your renewal by either selecting "pay online" using a credit card or Pay/Pal or selecting "invoice me" to pay by cheque or etransfer.
On the following screen allows you to cancel your renewal or go back and make changes.
When you first become a member you receive a system generated password. To change to a password of your choice, Click on the “Change password” link.
In the “Change password” window, enter your system generated password and your new password. Passwords are case sensitive and must be a minimum 7 characters and maximum of 50 characters. Spaces are not allowed. Lastly confirm your new password and click “Save”.
