Radial Line Trail End-to-End - Part 1 of 2

REGISTRATION now CLOSED.

Bus (school bus) registration now open to GHTC members (no cost) and non-members($10).

Members and Non-members must also register if they wish to provide their own transportation to trailhead at Guelph Line and 30th sideroad. Hiker will be responsible for their transportation back to trailhead to pick up vehicles left there.

The first hike will cover Guelph Covered bridge to Guelph line and 30th sideroad  sections, a distance of 17.87 km.

Hikers will meet in the Guelph Covered Bridge parking lot by 8:45am where they will board a bus (free to GHTC members and $10 for Non-members) at 9:00am to shuttle them to trailhead at Guelph Line and 30th sideroad. Alternately hikers may use their own transportation to get to trailhead but must still register for hike. Those driving to trailhead should be there by 9:20am. There are no specific parking spots on 30th sideroad so park as safely as possible on the south side.

GHTC hike leaders will lead a fast group and moderate speed group back to Guelph Covered Bridge. There will be two dropout locations. One about 4km into hike and the other 10.5km into hike. See map below.

A GHTC E2E badge may be purchased when hikers have completed GHTC Speed River Trail and Radial Line Trail. The 2nd part of RLT E2E will be held Sept 25.

Bring bug repellent, a lunch, water and snacks. 17.87 km, Level 2, Pace Moderate and fast.
