Yorklands Green Hub Walkathon and Social

 Saturday, June 3rd,

12 pm to 3 pm at YGH, 785 York Rd, the former Ontario Reformatory site.

3 pm to 6 pm at Royal City Brewery for a social after the Walkathon.

YGH hopes to inspire people in our community and beyond to support our environmental conservation and sustainability efforts.

Our goal is to raise $15,000 to fund our environmental education programs and initiatives, including these programs: 

• Foodsters looks at the food systems cycle for all species

• Ten Tall Trees helps students identify at least ten native key species of trees

• Noticing Nature delivers environmental art activities for families on site in the summer

Every contribution, big or small, will make a significant difference in our ability to continue our work towards a more sustainable and equitable future.
