This will be a fitness hike. If you have any questions or doubts please message the hike leader and I will be happy to help. 
  We will hike approximately 9-10 km along sections 2&3 with some side trails looped in. Some rocks roots inclines and descents. 
  Pace Moderate-Brisk 
  4-5km per hour 
  9-10km loop 
  Difficulty Level 2+
  Required - hiking shoes, dress for the weather 
  Recommended - water, snack, hat, bug spray, sunscreen
  Optional - poles
  No dogs please
