Starkey Hill
Wednesday, October 9, 2024 - Starkey Hill, Level 2, Moderate pace, 4 kms, approximately 1.5 hours. Depart at 9:30 am from the Starkey Hill parking lot off Arkell Road, east of the village of Arkell. This loop hike takes us through forests with some hills and rough ground. We may see birds and other wildlife and catch a view of the Guelph Basilica. Those who want to extend the hike may repeat the loop in the other direction. Hiking poles will be useful.
