The shortest day of the year reminds us that the 'light' is returning. Days begin to get longer as the light returns. Let's celebrate. Join us for a cold water dip. Following our dip, we will change into warm clothes and have a campfire burning. We will have a paramedic on site.

A dip in cold water triggers the release of endorphins, the feel-good hormones. This, coupled with the mental challenge of braving the cold, fosters mental resilience and leaves you with a mood-boosting afterglow.
