We’ll follow the main Bruce Trail on this in-and-out route and pass through beautiful forests and view large moss-covered crevices and enjoy an incredible view of Milton from the ridgetop trail. This route takes you to the Dufferin Gap – the only break in the entire 725k long, 450-million-year-old Niagara Escarpment. This 40m-long gap is now spanned by a bridge that was built in 1991 and funded by a combination of corporate, private and public funds.
Bring water, snacks and/or lunch and dress for the weather. No dogs please.
Hiking poles and sturdy hiking shoes or boots are recommended.
