Local Fall Hunting dates - Exercise caution

This year’s local shotgun seasons for deer are:

Sunday Dec. 7 in Puslinch, lasting thru Saturday Dec. 13

Mon. Dec. 8 thru the 13th in Guelph Eramosa Township and on the Kissing Bridge Trail 

Mon Dec. 8 – Sat Dec 13 (South Wellington County) for shotguns and muzzle loading guns.

No hunting in Halton (Milton, Halton Hills) at these times.

We recommended you avoid hiking in the woods for those dates and otherwise wear bright colours during the fall months. Other townships may have different dates. For more info Ontario hunting website.

Local bow and arrow season for deer typically runs from Oct 1 - Dec 31.
