The East Side, The West Side

 Meet in the parking lot of the K.D. Woerner Family Trailway of the Grand River Trail in Kitchener https://goo.gl/maps/dTHWMT6pqbQ2  for an 8:30 AM start. From there we will car shuttle to the trail head on Fountain Street in Cambridge https://goo.gl/maps/pFqjPiagVhE2 and hike back to the parking lot at K.D. Woerner Family Trailway. We will walk two flood plains of the Grand River, one on the west side and one on the east side.  Bring at least 2 L. of water, snacks, bug repellent and sun screen. No dogs please.
