Royal River Trail, Arboretum, and U of Guelph hike

 Only GHTC Members  will be able to register for this hike until a couple of days prior to event. Hike will then be opened up to non-members if there are still vacant spots. Before you can register for hike you must read covid-19 screening questions and be able to answer NO to all of them. You will be asked questions again before hike and not be able to join if at that time you answer yes to any of them.

Masks must be worn at start of hike. A distance of 2 metres must be kept between non related hikers and masks MUST be worn where this is not possible.

If you are registered and can't make it please delete your registration or email leader to let them know.

Time to get back on the trails after a long pause, and visit with one another again!

Meet at the covered bridge for a 2pm departure . We'll hike the Royal River Trail then head to the arboretum using the side trail off of Victoria Rd. We'll hike through the arboretum, through the university, and enjoy some architecturally beautiful buildings on the side streets heading back to the bridge. 

Level 1 hike, moderate pace. 8km Wear your boots though, as it can be muddy.

Optional pub visit afterwards :)

Hike will be cancelled if it's too slippery that day.
