Wed morning - Arkell Springs side trail

Only GHTC Members may register for hike initially . Hike will be open to non members a day in advance if spots still available. Before you can register for hike you must read covid-19 screening questions and be able to answer NO to all of them. You will be asked questions again before hike and not be able to join if at that time you answer yes to any of them.

Masks must be worn at start of hike. A distance of 2 metres must be kept between non related hikers and masks MUST be worn where this is not possible.

If you are registered and can't make it please delete your registration or email leader to let her know.

Meet at Starkey Hill parking lot on Arkell Rd  at 10 am. We will walk across Arkell Rd and hike part of the Arkell Springs side trail then go east on the radial trail toward Nassagawa Line 1 and return. This is an in and out trail and totals about 7.5 - 8 km, - about 2.5 hours. The terrain is hilly, so sturdy footwear and hiking poles are recommended. If it snows, icers may be helpful.
