Saturday, 6 May, 2023. Fergus to Elora Trails Loop, experience two rail trails, Level 1, Moderate pace, 9.3 kms. Meet at the Covered Bridge in downtown Guelph at 9:30 AM to carpool to Beatty Line North on the west side of Fergus for a 10 AM start time. We will park in the small plaza at the corner of Beatty Line and St Andrew St West. Please let the hike leader know if you wish to meet us at the trail head. The trail crosses over the Grand River twice on pedestrian bridges and offers spots for a break. It also passes the Wellington County Museum and Poor House Cemetery. Bring water and a snack.
