Abandoned Encampment cleanup

At the request of the private landowner, we will be helping remove the remains of 2 vacated encampments that are right beside the main branch of the Speed River Trail. The landowner will supply a pickup and garbage bags to dispose of materials. Bring work gloves and possibly a wheelbarrow or a wagon if you happen to own either one.

We will meet at 9 AM at the corner of Fife and Wellington in the west end of Guelph. Parking for about 8 vehicles is available in two small paved areas off of each road at the corner. Please register in advance if possible. Maximum of 10 volunteers.
