Hockley Valley Loop Hike
When: Saturday September 14 2024, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Location: Guelph covered bridge. Address: 114 Gordon St, Guelph.
Meet by 8:20am at Guelph covered bridge parking lot to carpool to the trail head at 8:30.

We will start from Hockley Rd and hike north with main Bruce Trail then loop back through three side trails.
Length: approximately 14 kms
Pace: 4km / hr
Terrain: level 3 – hilly with steep climbs
Hiking time: 4.5 hours
Hockley valley is known for being one of the most challenging sections in Bruce Trail with steep hills and poor footings. Please be honest to your capability for this hike. Please wear hiking shoes and bring at least 2L of water, snacks and lunch. Hiking poles are recommended.
