This Wednesday we will hike the OR Side Trail. Meet at 9:30 in the Barber Scout Camp Parking lot on the south side of Stone Rd. east by the the old bow string bridge. The trail runs along the Eramosa River with excellent views of the river. On the right, several old quarries can be viewed. We will walk along the chain link fence on the back of Cargill. As we proceed towards York Road, the trail passes two ponds and then towards the former Ontario Reformatory. We will loop around there and make our way back.
Level 1 - appr. 6 KM - 2 hours appr. at a leisurely pace
