Credit Valley Footpath (Glen Williams)

Trailhead:Near #15938 Side Rd. 22, Halton Hills - limited parking on the shoulder (Close to intersection of 22nd Sideroad and 10th Line)
Distance:11km (out & back) This is a fitness paced hike, with shorter breaks. Experienced hikers with a good level of fitness required!
Hike Rating:Level 2+ with roots, rocks, some river crossings, very hilly & rugged in spots. The trail will have some snow coverage so icers/crampons required. Sturdy hiking boots and hiking poles strongly recommended. Bring water, possibly a hot drink and snacks. Dress for the weather. No dogs please.
This beautiful section of the Credit Valley Footpath (CVF) is part of an initiative spearheaded by Credit Valley Conservation, to link southern Ontario’s Greenbelt to Lake Ontario along the “Credit Valley Trail”. The blue blazes of the Bruce Trail side trail follow part of the 90k-long Credit River. You will definitely experience a winter wonderland on this adventurous hike!
