Winter Weekend Short Hike, OR Trail

January 26 - 9:30am

Location - The O.R. Trail and other trails on the Ontario Reformatory grounds 
Time - meet on York Road at the gatehouse driveway - check in at 9:15 and leave for hike at 9:30

Parking - roadside parking on York Road (please watch the no parking signs)

Bus route 4 - York Rd. 

A lovely hike that meanders through the forest and along the river. The trail can be snowy, icy, muddy - be prepared for winter conditions. There are few small hills and the trail has uneven spots and wooden bridges. 

Moderate pace - approximately 5.5km
Required - dress for the weather, hiking boots/shoes, bring icers, water, snack
Recommended - pole(s)
No dogs please.
