OR Side Trail Loop with out and back to Stone Road

OR Side  Trail

Meet at the Legion Parking lot off Watson at 9:20 am to start hiking at 9:30 am.  Lots of parking in the south part of parking lot. 

The property is adjacent to the former Ontario Reformatory, hence its name. 

View two ponds that were excavated by hand by prisoners in the early years of the O.R.’s operation (maybe some ice fishing huts), several old quarries, new foot bridge installed Oct 2023, and an old railway bed
