Arkell Springs and Starkey Hill

Wednesday, October 8, 2025 – Arkell Springs and Starkey Hill, Level 2, Moderate pace, 7.5 kms, approximately 2 hours.  Depart at 9:30 am from roadside parking near Arkell Springs Gate C on the east side of Watson Road (south of Stone Road).  This hike takes us through fields and forests with some hills and rough ground.  We may see birds and other wildlife and catch a view of the Guelph Basilica.  

Hiking poles will be useful.  Bring water.
