Hike: Forks of the Credit
Please meet at 8:30 for 8:40am departure from Guelph:
Meet at the CIBC parking lot on Woodlawn Rd., Guelph at 8:30am.
Meet at the trailhead at 9:30 – please email the hike leader to let them know.
Hike description: Starting from the main parking lot of Forks of the Credit, we will hike along the trails through the forests, along the river, and up and down hills. The terrain will be uneven due to rocks and roots and there may be muddy sections. There are a few steep inclines.
Pace: 4-4.5 km/hr, approx. 9 km, 2 ½ hrs
Parking: main parking lot of Forks of the Credit Provincial Park – 717760 McLaren Road, Caledon Village, ON
There is an entry fee – please reserve your parking using the Ontario Parks website – morning slot 8am-12pm
Required: hiking footwear, dress for the weather, I.D.
Recommended: water, snacks, hiking poles, small first aid kit
No dogs please.
