Wednesday, February 11 2026: Radial Line Sec 3

Moderate pace, approximately 7 kms, 2 hours.
Depart 9:30 am from the T-junction of Arkell Road where it meets 1st Line Nassagaweya. Park beyond the mailboxes along 1st Line. The trail climbs the embankment on the left (heading east) and follows a fence line past a large farm field. It then goes through a reforested bush before steeply descending into a creek valley (a tributary of Blue Springs Creek). In about 50 metres it turns right and crosses the creek on an impressive wooden bridge (Cove Valley Bridge). It then climbs up the east bank and follows a bush track for about a kilometre to 2nd Line Nassagaweya.
Bring icers. Poles may be helpful.
