Smokey Hollow Loop Hike

Location: Galaxy parking lot in south end of Guelph. Address: 85 Clair Rd E, Guelph
Meet by 8:00 am at south end Galaxy parking lot to carpool to the trail head.
Trail Head: Old Guelph Rd at Highway 6. GPS Coordinates 43.307417, -79.911580.
We will cross the tunnel, follow the Bruce Trail main tail, and hike to the Smokey Hollow Falls. After a short break at the falls, we will then hike the same trail back.
This is a very challenging section of Bruce Trail with many rocks along the Grindstone creek. Please make sure to bring icers and hiking poles. Dress in layers for the weather and bring your choice of hydration and snakes. Lunch is not needed.

Pace: 3-4 km / hr
Hike Difficulty: Level 3. Rocky, slippery and uneven terrain.
