Radial Line and Side Trails Series #2

Time: 9:00-11:00am arrive at 8:45 for check-in, hike leaves at 9am.

Hike description: Starting from the Barber Scout parking area, we will follow the Radial Line trail to the Smith Property Trail and complete this loop then return to the parking lot. We will meander through forests along the Eramosa River. There is a section of road walking along Cooks Mill Rd. Note: the trail has muddy and wet sections.

Pace: 4 km/hr, approx. 8 km, 2 hrs

Parking: 733 Stone Rd E, Guelph – look for the sign for Barber Scout camp, just by the train tracks and go down the hill driveway to the parking area

Required: hiking footwear (waterproof would be helpful), dress for spring weather, I.D.,

Recommended: water, hiking poles, snack, small first aid kit

No dogs please.
