Health Valley Trail, St Jacobs

This Wednesday we will hike the Health Valley Trail in St Jacobs.  This scenic trail winds along the Conostogo River, past the Old wise Oak tree. It's an easy in and out about 5.5 km in total. The trail head is at 35 Albert Street in St Jacobs. There is a large, free parking lot behind the fire station. For car pooling, meet at the Galaxy Theatre at 9:00am.

Please let me know if you are going directly to the trail head.

Optional lunch at the Harvest Moon Restaurant after the hike. Bring water and Bug spray.
