Hike Description:

Please join John and Tanya for a walk through the new rerouted section of Radial Line 6. John has been maintaining this section of the trail for just under a year now and cares for it like it is his own. The path has everything you could order up for a hike: mossy covered rocks, bridges over water, forest, tree lined pathways, rolling hills, wild flowers and unique fungi, well marked and natural footpaths. And if we are lucky, the autumnal scent from the fiery fall leaves. This hike is an in and outto Dublin Line and back to witness the beauty from all angles. 

When: Saturday, October 17  from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm

Meet at trailhead fro 9:20 am check-in

Carpool from the Covered Bridge at 8:50 am to trailhead

Where:Radial Line Section 6, trailhead parking on Pineridge Drive, off 6^thLine Nassagaweya

Length - 11km

Pace - medium

Level 2 - due to some rocky bits 

What to wear and bring:

• Hiking boots or running shoes that can handle a little mud

• Rain gear, warm layers, warm clothing

• Water, snacks

• Hat, gloves, buff depending on weather

• Hiking poles if you like using them

• sunscreen, bug spray

• health/ID card
